My experience of the TV:
It's a doddle to setup, plug it in, turn it on and the digital and analogue tuner kicks in.
[Aside]So, it turns out that the old owners of the house had a freeview aerial installed, my TV picked up all Freeview channels except those transmitted on Mux2. I'm working on the reasons for that.[/Aside]
The picture is excellent and I've deliberately watched soccer on it to see if there is any blurring that LCD TV's are aparently notorious for during fast movements. I didn't notice any blurring during the match but maybe I would with an FPS console game? Anyway, the lack of blur is attributed to the result of the 100MHz technology...whatever that is.
The analogue tuner found all five analogue channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Ch4 and Five) but the only quibble I'd have is that the tuner just sat on the first signal it found for each one...whether reception was good or not. A quick manual fine tune using the menus was enough to sort this problem out.
The menus are very intuitive and while the remote control is functional and full of nice goody buttons it feels and looks cheap.
Finally, one thing that is niggling at me is the on/off button. It's located on the top of the TV and is flush with the top of the TV. That's fine in itself if the TV is sitting on a TV stand but if it's wall mounted it's going to mean stretching and hunting for the button with your fingertips. It would have been better located at the bottom of the TV.
Other than that, it really is a great TV with a very clear picture. I've no HD consoles, channels or DVD's so I'm not able to comment on the HD capability...yet
