MirrorMedia TV's

Anyone heard of these people? I read about the TV's in Grand Designs magazine. Basically they seem to be Hitatchi Plasma or LCD HD-ready TV's that are framed by a mirror. When the TV is off it looks like a regualr mirror but when it's switched on, it's a TV (or monitor).

Harvey Norman are listed as stockists, anyone see one in action? Does anyone know if the TV is visible behind the mirror or whether the TV picture is distorted by the mirror?

Yeah I heard of these alright. I never seen one in live action, but I probably will on the 24th when I head over to the Smart Home Show

Apparently Anti's brother has one. Anti doesn't think much of the picture quality. From what I can gather the mirror part works only when power is applied to the glass so it seems like it might be very energy inefficient
