I've a long way to go to catch up with you lot.

I've a 32" Black Diamond TV, it's not even widescreen and one of the speakers is gone. With it is a dirt cheap dvd player we got with one of those collect x number of tokens to get it. It's not particularly good, but at least it's region free.

My server is a PIII 900mhz which I got free from someone for setting up their new PC. I stuck OpenBSD on it, with Apache, PHP and mySQL, so it'll be used as a streaming server once I get around to it.

I'm finished college in a few months, so once I actually have a job i'll start pumping money into a real setup.

Well I bought a house and got married all in the last 12 months but I finally replaced my 14" Panacosic TV

Vision
Panasonic TX32LXD70 HD ready with integrated Freeview tuner
Toshiba DVD player - as old as the hills

Sound
Er...the TV speaker. That is all

Rig
Ancient Compaq Presario laptop it's a Windows XP machine with a Pentium IV 3.2 GHz chip that overheats almost as soon as the thing finishes booting up.

So in reality, the only really nice toy I have is the TV and I only got that last week.
